Dr. Guy Neff is the founder, CEO, and principal investigator of Covenant Metabolic Specialists. Driven by his passion for improving lives, Dr. Neff has built the company around a mission: to help individuals prevent the devastating consequences of metabolic diseases through cutting-edge therapies and proactive, early intervention. Dr. Guy Neff serves as an active consultant for several leading pharmaceutical companies that Covenant collaborates with, playing a key role in the development of innovative treatments for patients suffering from MASH and other liver diseases.

Dr. Guy Neff earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in Internal Medicine in Canton, Ohio. He went on to complete a residency in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Not stopping there, Dr. Neff went on to complete a fellowship in Endoscopy, Hepatology, and Transplant Medicine at the University of Miami. It was at the University of Miami where Dr. Neff served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, before bringing his expertise to the University of Cincinnati, where he became an Associate Professor of Medicine and the Medical Director for Liver Transplantation. His journey then led him to Life Link in Tampa, Florida, where he served as Chief of Hepatology and Medical Director of Liver Transplantation.

As if Dr. Neff's extensive education and experience weren't impressive enough, he has authored over 150 publications, many focused on topics close to his heart, including liver transplantation and the evolving landscape of metabolic diseases. In fact, Dr. Neff is an active member of the International Liver Transplantation Society, the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, and the European Association for the Study of the Liver. Covenant is an extension of the decades of experiences that Dr. Guy Neff brings, as both he and the Covenant team remain dedicated to providing transformative solutions to those who need them most.
