Ashleigh was born in Akron, Ohio, and brings valuable experience in research to her role at Covenant. Before joining the team, she worked in birth defect research, which gave her a strong understanding of the ethical protections and limitations required in clinical studies. That foundation has proven instrumental in her transition into clinical research and laboratory work.

Ashleigh currently serves as a Laboratory Technician, where she supports clinical trials by processing patient samples and preparing them for shipment to central labs. She also manages medical and research supplies to ensure the lab runs efficiently. Her journey at Covenant began as a Front Desk Coordinator, but her interest in the lab process led her to move into a more technical role where she continues to thrive.

Motivated by a genuine interest in contributing to the advancement of general medical knowledge, Ashleigh hopes to continue her education in the future. She takes pride in the work she does and the role it plays in expanding what's possible in medicine.

Outside of work, Ashleigh is an avid painter who enjoys experimenting with watercolor, gouache, acrylics, and digital media. Her creativity extends beyond the lab and reflects her love for learning and expression in all forms.
