Ashlyn is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Covenant, where she leads the coordination of clinical trials from start to finish. She works directly with study patients, guiding them through each step of the trial process – from collecting vitals and lab work to ensuring protocol adherence and accurate documentation. Ashlyn also maintains timely and complete data entry, oversees investigator sign-offs for labs and procedures, and helps ensure that regulatory and source documentation is up to date and audit-ready.

Ashlyn earned her B.S. in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University and brings three years of hands-on clinical research experience to her role. Before becoming a CRC, she supported psychiatric and liver disease trials, gaining key skills in phlebotomy, informed consent review, investigational product handling, and data management. Her background working closely with principal investigators gave her a strong foundation in patient-centered care and precise protocol execution.

She plays a key role in Covenant's mission by helping ensure patients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care through every phase of the research process. Ashlyn is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and is proud to be part of a collaborative and driven team that supports one another while advancing the future of medicine.

Outside of work, you can find Ashlyn at the beach or spending time with her family and friends. She also competes in weightlifting competitions – a testament to her strength, focus, and determination both in and out of the clinic.
