Brandon is a Financial Analyst at Covenant, where he works alongside the finance team to help keep the company's operations running smoothly. His responsibilities span billing, payments, trial budgets, and collections, as well as maintaining a working understanding of clinical data produced during trials. Since joining in August 2023, Brandon has seen the finance department grow into a more integrated part of Covenant's day-to-day operations, with an active role in supporting the business as it scales.

Brandon was born in Watertown, New York, and moved to Florida at the age of five, where he's lived ever since. He holds a B.A. in Corporate Accounting from Arizona State University and an A.S. in Accounting from State College of Florida. He is currently pursuing licensure as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Before beginning his journey in finance, Brandon worked in the marine field during high school, spending his time on and around boats at local marinas. Inspired by the financial careers of many in his family, he decided to explore accounting and discovered a strong fit. He especially enjoys understanding how a company functions and finding ways to improve processes.

What motivates Brandon most is seeing Covenant grow – welcoming new trials, new locations, and more patients. For him, it's especially rewarding to know that the work he does contributes to people receiving quality care and improving their lives.

In his free time, Brandon is a passionate history buff and spends hours reading and collecting books on various topics. He also enjoys drawing and painting landscapes, playing guitar, and collecting vintage instruments. He's currently learning German and Russian and has a basic understanding of Spanish, always eager to expand his language skills and connect with others.
