Christina is a Sub Investigator at Covenant Metabolic Specialists. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida Gulf Coast University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC. Christina also holds a certification as a Critical Care Registered Nurse, reflecting her early foundation in intensive care nursing. Her background in critical care helped shape her deep understanding of disease pathophysiology and prepared her to assess complex patient cases with a comprehensive, evidence-based lens. Her doctoral program's focus on research further cemented her interest in advancing care through science and data.

In her current role, Christina performs physical exams, monitors lab results, and ensures compliance with study protocols while working closely with patients enrolled in clinical trials. She also supports the Liver Clinic team, helping determine study eligibility based on patients' medical history, medications, and overall metabolic health. Christina takes pride in the continuity of care she's able to offer—meeting with participants regularly and playing a consistent role in their progress.
