Ericka Levesque, B.S., M.S.
Quality Control Coordinator
Ericka is Covenant's Quality Control Coordinator, where she ensures clinical trials are conducted with the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Her work supports both clinical and non-clinical teams, helping maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and Standard Operating Procedures. She plays a key role in upholding patient safety, making sure every participant feels cared for and confident throughout the research process.
Born in Gainesville, Florida, Ericka holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a specialization in Exercise Physiology and an M.S. in Medical Sciences with a focus on Gerontology – both from the University of Florida. She also holds CPR certification. Before joining Covenant, she spent 17 years as an Exercise Physiologist, developing personalized exercise programs with a special focus on older adults and special populations. That experience inspired her to broaden her impact through clinical research. For nearly a decade now, she has been dedicated to this field, including work as the Clinical Research Coordinator for the University of Florida Neuromedicine Brain Bank – a role that deepened her passion for making a tangible difference in patient's lives.
Ericka is currently exploring the possibility of earning a second Master's degree in Nutrition, with the goal of expanding the layers of care Covenant provides to the community. She's motivated every day by the transformative impact Covenant has on patients through high-quality care and access to better treatment options.
Outside of work, Ericka is a fifth-generation Floridian with a love for health, wellness, and anything involving the outdoors – especially if it includes water. She once played the tuba in fourth grade without knowing how to read music and even had a pig named Wilbur during her time in Future Farmers of America (FFA).
