Isabelle Crotsley, B.S., LPN

Clinical Research Coordinator

Isabelle is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Covenant, where she oversees patient visits, ensures safety and protocol adherence, and manages data through each trial. Her focus is on delivering individualized, high-quality care while contributing to the advancement of new treatment options through clinical research.

Originally from Sarasota, Isabelle holds a B.S. in Biology with a focus in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse with certifications in phlebotomy, and her early experience as an Orientation Leader at USF helped her develop strong interpersonal and facilitation skills – tools she now uses daily in her role coordinating care and building rapport with patients.

Isabelle began her journey at Covenant in 2021 as a Research Assistant, supporting data collection and patient visits. That hands-on foundation has been instrumental in her transition to her current role, where she now leads those visits and manages data as a coordinator. Her experience on both sides of the research process gives her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and trial execution.

A first-generation college student, Isabelle is currently preparing for the MCAT with the goal of attending medical school and becoming a physician. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and has recently been diving into Mediterranean cuisine through various cookbooks.
