Isabelle Crotsley, B.S., LPN
Clinical Research Coordinator
Isabelle is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Covenant, where she oversees patient visits, ensures safety and protocol adherence, and manages data through each trial. Her focus is on delivering individualized, high-quality care while contributing to the advancement of new treatment options through clinical research.
Originally from Sarasota, Isabelle holds a B.S. in Biology with a focus in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse with certifications in phlebotomy, and her early experience as an Orientation Leader at USF helped her develop strong interpersonal and facilitation skills—tools she now uses daily in her role coordinating care and building rapport with patients.
Isabelle began her journey at Covenant in 2021 as a Research Assistant, supporting data collection and patient visits. That hands-on foundation has been instrumental in her transition to her current role, where she now leads those visits and manages data as a coordinator. Her experience on both sides of the research process gives her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and trial execution.
A first-generation college student, Isabelle is currently preparing for the MCAT with the goal of attending medical school and becoming a physician. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and has recently been diving into Mediterranean cuisine through various cookbooks.
