Jacqueline Ryder, M.S. Ed
Patient Resource Specialist
Jacqueline is a Patient Resource Specialist at Covenant. In her role, she helps coordinate clinical trial appointments, request records, and serve as a welcoming point of contact for new and prospective patients. With her strong background in science and education, Jacqueline ensures that patients feel informed and supported as they navigate the research process.
Born in upstate New York and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Jacqueline holds a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. Ed in Secondary Education from Niagara University. Before entering the clinical research space, she spent nearly a decade as a middle and high school science teacher, driven by a passion for helping others discover the value of science—especially when it comes to understanding their own biology. Her experience extends across education, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and admissions counseling, each of which shaped her ability to communicate, guide, and support people from all walks of life.
Jacqueline has always held a deep appreciation for research, and she's proud to be part of a team committed to advancing better treatments. She's energized by the opportunity to contribute to something meaningful and is currently exploring how to continue growing her career in healthcare, with potential interest in PA school down the line.
Outside of work, Jacqueline embraces her love of all things nerdy—from Harry Potter and Marvel to Pixar and Lord of the Rings. She also has a particularly joyful obsession with Christmas and owns more than 30 pairs of holiday-themed earrings.
