Johanna is Covenant's Chief Financial Officer as well as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer. She plays a major role in the company's daily operations and has been instrumental in transforming Covenant from a small team into the multi-location, state-of-the-art clinical research facility it is today. Johanna plays a key role in driving Covenant's growth and continued success. She oversees everything from financial operations and business intelligence to the company's IT infrastructure, consistently pushing the organization forward with her dedication and expertise. Johanna truly does it all at Covenant.

Johanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Mount Saint Vincent, along with a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix, giving her a dense educational background that she has only built upon since. In addition to her education, Johanna has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and clinical research, having held a wide range of leadership roles throughout her career. Her expertise spans compliance, finance, data analytics, business intelligence, and the development of clinical trial management systems. That's only the tip of the iceberg! Johanna even served on the Institutional Review Board committees at NYU Grossman School of Medicine and the South Florida Human Research Protections Program. Her commitment to upholding the highest standards in clinical research was recognized in both roles, earning her the prestigious AAHRPP Gold Seal, a symbol of excellence in human research protections.

Outside of her professional achievements, Johanna finds inspiration in Covenant's patient success stories, which continually inspire her to push the company forward. At home, Johanna enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and unwinding with a good book.
