Lauren is a Clinical Research Coordinator at Covenant, where she manages subject eligibility, enrollment, and retention across a variety of trials. She plays a key role in maintaining ongoing communication with patients, sponsors, and the research team to ensure successful outcomes and a seamless experience throughout each study.

Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Lauren grew up in San Francisco before moving to Florida in high school. She holds a B.S. in Business Management and brings nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and clinical research to her role. Her background spans multiple specialties, including rheumatology, oncology, urology, pulmonology, cardiology, and gastroenterology – giving her a wide-ranging perspective that enhances her work at Covenant.

Lauren is deeply motivated by patient care and values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with the people she serves. She believes that Covenant's strength lies in its authentic, patient-centered approach – a value she shares in her daily work to support the safety, health, and well-being of each participant.

Outside of the clinic, Lauren is equal parts movie nerd, true crime fan, and loyal hockey enthusiast – cheering for the Bruins every season.
