Madison Cox, B.S., CCRC
Clinical Research Coordinator
As a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator at Covenant, Madison is responsible for coordinating patient visits, capturing data with precision, and ensuring each step of the trial process is followed with care and accuracy. She plays a vital role in keeping studies organized, compliant, and patient-centered. Before becoming a CRC, Madison began as a research assistant, was promoted to lead RA, and steadily grew into her current role through her dedication and hands-on experience.
Madison earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she first discovered her passion for clinical research through coursework in the field. That academic foundation gave her a deeper understanding of how research contributes to the advancement of medicine and fueled her commitment to patient care.
She is driven by the connections she builds with patients and the impact she sees from both emerging treatments and compassionate follow-up. Watching how clinical care can truly make a difference in someone's life is what motivates her most in her work at Covenant.
Outside of the clinic, Madison enjoys spending time with her rescue dog. Since adopting her just over a year ago, she's loved watching her gain confidence and curiosity through new adventures––something Madison brings into her own life and career as well.
