Meagan's professional background began in the retail industry, where she gained hands-on experience adapting to various software platforms and technologies. That experience helped shape her ability to quickly learn new systems and understand how to tailor them to real-world needs. Since transitioning into research in recent years, she has focused on software administration and eSource development, drawing on her problem-solving skills to support the evolving needs of clinical operations. She was originally hired to work at the front desk before stepping into her current role in software – a move that reflects her adaptability and commitment to growth.
