Renata is the Director of Pharmacy at Covenant Metabolic Specialists. Born and raised in Poland, she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from LECOM Bradenton in 2016. Her diverse background includes experience as a pharmacist in family practice, retail, long-term care hospitals, and clinical research—giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient care and medication management. Her first opportunity to step into clinical research came in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, when she served as the pharmacist of record on a study testing antiviral treatments. That experience sparked her interest in research and laid the foundation for her current role.

At Covenant, Renata manages all Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) across the clinic's portfolio of clinical trials. She plays a critical role in ensuring safe and compliant medication handling from receipt to dispensation. Since joining Covenant in January 2022, she has helped the team navigate major milestones, demonstrating her ability to maintain precision and continuity while also prioritizing exceptional patient care.

Renata is deeply motivated by the opportunity to offer patients access to cutting-edge treatments—at no cost—and to witness the life-changing impact that clinical research can have. She takes pride in helping deliver therapies that can transform lives, while supporting a community-focused mission grounded in quality and compassion.

Outside of work, Renata is a mom to identical twin boys and enjoys yoga, biking, reading, and watching Disney movies with her family. She's also an animal lover and has a rescue bunny at home. As a proud member of the Polish community in Sarasota, she volunteers on the parent panel at the Polish Saturday School, where she helps support language and cultural education for the next generation.
