Stefan is an eSource Developer at Covenant, where he helps translate traditional paper source documents into precise, digital formats. He plays a vital role in ensuring every build is accurate and up-to-date, especially as amendments are introduced. With eSource still in its early stages across the industry, Stefan finds motivation in helping lead the charge – pioneering a transition that will shape the future of clinical research documentation.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Stefan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Before joining Covenant, he worked as a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo, where he honed his attention to detail and deadline management – skills that now serve him well in development work. Stefan is currently exploring Master's programs in Data Analytics, aiming to further sharpen his skills and expand his contributions to the team.

Outside of work, Stefan enjoys playing guitar, writing poetry, and hitting the gym at Crunch Fitness. A big fan of basketball and football (Go Spurs Go!), he brings the same energy to his hobbies that he brings to his role at Covenant.

Taking a leap of faith, Stefan relocated from San Antonio to Sarasota to join Covenant – and so far, he's found it to be a rewarding decision. Though Texas will always be home, he's embraced this new chapter with excitement, gratitude, and a drive to make meaningful connections.
