Tashia Holland, A.A., CMA
Central Scheduling & Medical Intake Manager
Tashia is Covenant's Central Scheduling and Medical Intake Manager. In her role, she coordinates off-site imaging visits, serves as the main point of contact for external imaging centers, and trains Research Assistants on correctly entering PHI from received medical records. Tashia began her time at Covenant in the Regulatory department and quickly became a valuable cross-functional team member, supporting Outreach, EDC, Finance, the Front Desk and more before moving into scheduling.
Before joining Covenant, Tashia built a strong foundation in healthcare through a range of clinical roles. She worked as an ER Registrar and later moved into Medical Tech, Triage Coordinator, and Orthopedic positions. Her entry into research began at another facility, where she trained across multiple departments, including front desk operations, lab, EDC, quality control, and regulatory. Witnessing firsthand how research could offer real hope to patients with limited options inspired her to stay in the field and continue expanding her knowledge. She holds an Associate of Arts in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix, along with certifications as a Medical Assistant and Basic X-Ray Technician from Ultimate Medical Academy.
What motivates Tashia most is seeing the positive impact clinical research has on patients who previously thought they were out of options. She brings that sense of purpose into her work each day, supporting the clinical team and helping to move research forward with compassion and precision.
Outside of work, Tashia enjoys drawing and painting whenever she gets the chance. She is also a passionate advocate for people with disabilities and is committed to teaching inclusion to those without them. A creative spirit since childhood, she played classical violin and still carries that same sense of artistry into all areas of her life.
