Tatiana Dorenko is a Sub-Investigator at Covenant, bringing a strong background in primary care and a commitment to patient safety in conducting high-quality clinical research. Tatiana managesstudy-related medical evaluations, monitors and manages side effects, assesses eligibility of participants based on criteria, maintains protocol compliance, and communicates with study teams regarding patients’ status. 

Originally from Simferopol, Ukraine, Tatiana earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Florida State University. Her professional credentials include DNP, APRN, and FNP-BC, along with certifications in mental health (PMHNP) and wound care (WCC). Tatiana’s primary care experience strengthened her ability to assess patients holistically, communicate complex information clearly, and ensure safety through careful monitoring. She is passionate about the opportunity to make a difference in participants’ lives today while helping advance treatments for the future!

Outside of work, Tatiana has a unique adventurous side: she is a former parachute jumper, hiking instructor. These experiences reflect her lifelong interest in risk management, teamwork, and continuous learning. Tatiana hopes to continue expanding her expertise in clinical research, collaborate on innovate studies and continue to take on greater leadership opportunities!
