Tyler Welsch, B.A.
Office Administrator
Tyler is Covenant's Office Administrator. In his role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling offsite procedures, coordinating philanthropic and community initiatives, managing vendor communication, and supporting HR tasks. He also leads the company's weekly meetings and helps maintain a positive and productive office environment.
Originally from Venice, Florida, Tyler earned his B.A. in History from the University of Florida. Before joining Covenant, he worked as scheduling coordinator for the Humane Society, which marked his first step into healthcare-adjacent work. He also held previous roles as a real estate photographer and front desk staff at the State College of Florida – experiences that sharpened his communication skills and ability to work with both the public and internal teams. Tyler began his journey at Covenant as a front desk coordinator, then moved into the role of Business Software Specialist where he played a key role in building the company's electronic source system. His current position as Office Administrator combines his operational strengths with a passion for teamwork and culture-building.
What motivates Tyler most is helping others and watching Covenant's departments thrive through collaboration and strong communication. Seeing the progress patients make and hearing their success stories reminds him of the purpose behind the work.
Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys photography, videography, and video editing, and he's always looking for new places to explore whenever he has the chance to travel.
