Yovanni is a Research Assistant at Covenant, where he supports clinical trials by coordinating patient visits, managing data collection and entry, and assisting with regulatory documentation. Born in Miami and raised in Bradenton, Yovanni is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a B.S. in Biology from Florida International University.

Currently in the process of applying to medical school, Yovanni is passionate about clinical research and the impact it has on his local community. He finds deep motivation in seeing patients benefit from trial participation and being part of their journey toward better health outcomes.

Yovanni brings precision, curiosity, and a commitment to high-quality care in his role. His contributions help ensure that each trial runs smoothly and that patients feel supported throughout their experience.

Outside of the clinic, Yovanni has been playing classical and jazz music on the alto saxophone since he was 11. He also recently took on the slopes in Montana – managing to make it down black diamond routes in just one week.
